More Comments at Google MapIt was near my favorite park, so I decided to stop by. It's interesting that the single-person seats, rather than the counter, are set up facing the wall. Also, it's convenient that the paper is set on the wall. I recommend this store. I had the rich seafood soba. Straight, firm, thin noodles with a thick, thick, and flavorful ramen. For some reason it was so delicious that I finished it. I drank all of the soup✌️The Beatles number I had been curious about since I entered the store🧚Maybe it's even more comfortable because it's facing the wall.
We visited the newly reborn “Chinese Soba Kigara”. We had “Chinese soba”, “Chinese soba (special topping)” and “Basil butter meat rice”. The seafood-based soup has no odor and is light, but when the topping paste is dissolved, it turns into a rich soup with a flavor of Japanese pepper. The thin straight noodles and low-temperature chashu were delicious, and the Chinese soba was elegant in appearance and taste. ………………………………………………………………………………… 2023.8.6 (Sun) I visited you for lunch. The "Miso Ramen with Spicy Topping" was a soup with a mild taste of miso that wasn't too strong, and a strong seafood broth. It was rich like potage soup and was well entwined with thin noodles. When the "spiciness" blended with chili peppers and habanero was melted, it turned into a punchy soup and was delicious. "Rich seafood tsukemen" is a rich soup, but the seafood soup and shiso leaves are a good accent, and it was refreshing. The chewy thick noodles were delicious. The soup was also delicious. Thank you for the meal!!
2023/09/13 The previous owner opened a ramen shop inside the Higashikurume Wholesale Market. It is recommended because you can also have morning ramen. The current owner is the son of the previous owner. This is a very delicious ramen shop. I just saw a photo of the store closing, and it's very disappointing. I would like to visit the store again before it closes.
