There are pros and cons, but this is my favorite ramen shop. The inside of the store has been renovated several times and although it has become a bit cleaner, it will soon return to its original state...lol I lived right next to this ramen shop, so I used to go here once a week when I was a student. That's right, it suddenly opened when I was a student, and the red exterior of the store hasn't changed since then. The noodles are thin noodles made from Hakata pork bones that have a unique chewy texture, and the soup has a unique richness and a good smell that makes you addicted to it. This flavor has remained the same for almost 20 years, so I think it's amazing in that sense, and the fact that it continues is proof that it has a certain number of fans. I always have trouble depending on my mood, but I think I usually order ``green''.

Last year, my favorite ramen shop restarted due to the corona crisis. The shopkeeper has changed, but you can see how he is working carefully and seriously. I'm also happy that Midori is back. Boiled dumplings are also recommended. Please drop by.

First time entering the store while living locally for over 10 years 🍜🍥 It's a Hakata ramen shop, but I like spinach, so I ordered Midori Ramen (soy sauce flavor). ・I ordered spinach. Very easy to eat and delicious ramen was good😁
