Special soy sauce ramen is light and delicious! ︎ Personally, I liked the chicken-based soup, whole-grain noodles, low-temperature-cooked chashu pork, and soft-boiled egg! I especially like the soup so much that I can drink it all lol After that, I was curious about other things, and after reading the reviews, I was curious about the tsukemen so I tried it, but personally, the special soy sauce ramen was more delicious! ︎ After that, I was curious about the special salt ramen and ate it, but it was also light and delicious! ︎ When I added mountain vinegar for a different taste, it had a tangy taste similar to yuzu pepper, which I also liked. ︎ Even though I had never eaten ramen this often, I was hooked. I especially like soup, so I like the special soy sauce ramen and the special salt ramen, but I'm curious about what the mixed soba is like, and I'm not sure whether to try it since I prefer ramen rather than tsukemen.
