I ordered a large serving of special seafood tsukemen. There are 3 types of char siu on top, and if you eat the rare char siu chicken breast and shoulder loin as they are, the flavor of the meat is good. A little chicken breast watery. If you put the non-rare char siu in the soup while it's still warm, it will become creamy and delicious. The soup has a taste of the royal road of seafood and has a strong taste. Menma and green onions are in the soup, and when you put it in your mouth with the noodles, it's fun to chew. The noodles are thick and have a firm texture, and the taste of wheat is also strong. Mizuna and purple onions have good texture and aroma. Seaweed enhances the taste of the seafood, and it's delicious when you pinch it in the middle. The taste balls are exquisitely soft-boiled and the yolk is thick. It is sweet and very delicious. After eating, the seafood and sweetness remain on the tongue, allowing you to enjoy the aftertaste. I'm happy that I don't have to bother to order the wari soup first.

I had Tsukemen in the past, so this time I had Niboshi Mazesoba. You could feel the strong taste of dried sardines, and there were plenty of toppings, making it filling and delicious. The way the pork chashu is grilled also gives a sense of ingenuity. Apparently they also have a limited menu, so I think I'll try that next time.

This store is an affiliated store of "Crepe Myrtle", which I have been frequenting since my student days. I've been aiming for it for a while, but for some reason I've been delaying my visit. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of drink I'll get. It opened in March 2021. This store has been open for about 2 years. By the way, Sennichiru is the name of a flower. The pink cologne petals are cute, so if you're interested, please check it out lol I found it on the street that goes through a shopping street about 6 minutes walk from Asagaya Station. You can enter the store around 7pm on weekdays without waiting. I bought a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine right after entering the store and took a seat. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, with 8 counter seats and 1 table that seats 4 people. Pepper, vinegar, and spiciness are placed on the table. @Special dried sardine tsukemen, large (¥1,100) About 10 minutes after ordering, the rice bowl arrived on a wooden tray. It's a special topping, so there's a lot of it. In addition to this niboshi tsukemen, there were other tsukemen options such as seafood, tanrei salt, and garlic salt. Like crape myrtle, there is a wide variety. You may also be interested in the limited edition noodles that are held regularly. Medium-thick straight noodles with an irresistible chewy texture. These noodles are fun to chew. The amount of noodles is 200g for a regular size and 300g for a large size, and you can increase the amount for free! There are also special servings. On top of the noodles are grilled pork char siu, rare pork char siu, chicken breast char siu, soft-boiled flavored egg, thick menma, nori, cabbage, and mitsuba leaves. The composition of the topping is similar to Crepe Myrtle. Excellent to eat! I really liked the grilled chashu. A slightly sweet and rich soup with a mellow aroma of dried sardines. It's more muddy than I expected. You can also taste the animal flavor, and it has a good balance that people of all ages can enjoy. Of course, it goes great with the noodles! The noodles also stuck together well. The chopped onions add a nice flavor. The boomerang-style soup split makes it a complete meal in no time. Summary I had the dried sardine tsukemen that reminded me of Crepe Myrtle in Shinjuku. I'll go there next time to try Sennichibei's limited edition tsukemen. Thank you for the meal!
