A ramen shop at the intersection where Kannana and Ome Kaido meet. No parking. I always had the impression of a ramen shop that I just passed by, but when I went inside, I was surprised to find that it was quite a famous restaurant. I chose miso ramen because I like miso. Frankly speaking, the taste is in the top 3 among miso ramen in Suginami Ward. The soup that combines the goodness of pork bones and the goodness of miso is excellent. The combination of the mellowness unique to pork bones and the relaxing feeling of miso is very good. Tonkotsu brings out the sweetness of miso. The tonkotsu soup, which is the base, is a leap forward. Also, the noodles are noodles that are involved in the soup, so there is nothing to say. It's expensive for a cup, but I thought it would be acceptable after a long time with this quality.
I was happy to be able to come to Tokyo and eat Sapporo ramen. I think everyone has their own preferences, but as a citizen of Hokkaido, I really appreciate the nostalgic taste. *Added for the first time in 2 years It's delicious as ever. The store has changed, and the seats are centered around the counter (children who need a plate may be a bit strict... I'm old enough to eat for one person, so it's okay), but there are changes. The taste of Tetsuya is still delicious. Everyone has their own taste in ramen, so putting aside the taste, the taste of the medium-thick noodles themselves, and the fat in the soup that floats so hard that it doesn't cool down. If you are a citizen of Hokkaido, please come and eat at least once. Hokkaido...Sapporo ramen is like this (rather than the corn, butter, and crab stuffed in tourist spots). *I'm from eastern Hokkaido, so I'm actually a salt person.
