This has been my favorite ramen shop while studying abroad here in Japan. It's owned by an incredibly nice family, and I practically came once a week. It was always one of the few things I looked forward to every week. They have 3 main ramen choices on the menu: shio, shoyu, and tantan-men. All 3 options are full of flavor, but I would highly recommend the shio ramen. The soup is full of flavor, but also incredibly light. I would also highly recommend the chahan if you are feeling hungry.

A ramen shop located along Kannana, 9 minutes walk from the south exit of Nogata Station🍜 You can see Nogata Hope's main store diagonally across Kan-Nana. The signature salt ramen is really delicious, with a well-thought-out delicate soup, smooth and chewy thin noodles, carefully prepared chashu pork, boiled eggs, and menma, all of which are the best😋 Next time I want to try the tandan noodles.

Perhaps because it was raining lightly, there was only one person waiting. There were 4 people in line when it opened at 11am. Advance payment required by order. Cash only. Special Goon Ramen Salt (1,300 yen) Order. 11:06 Arrival of rice bowl. A beautiful bowl of clear soup. The taste is also very delicious. All the toppings were delicious too. This type of chicken char siu is often too thick and looks like salad chicken, or too raw and shaky, and the quality varies depending on the restaurant, but the chicken char siu served by the benefactor was exquisitely thick and soft.
