The ramen was excellent, and the staff is very friendly! During my meal it began to rain very hard, and I did not have an umbrella. They encouraged me to stay because the rain was very heavy, but I live nearby so I told them I would be OK. They insisted I take one of their umbrellas, and not to worry about returning it. I will return it anyway, because definitely be coming back!

I ate salted tsukemen. The noodles here are not unique to Kyushu, but have a chewy texture that suits me, who doesn't like Kyushu noodles. It's also great that you can eat all you can eat mustard mustard greens!
