2023.7.8 P.S. Try Hiroshima-style chilled tsukemen and chilled Chinese noodles. Both are good. Hiroshima-style noodles are thin, while hiyashi chuka noodles are chewy and medium-thick. 2022.12.18 Added Newly released limited time menu, Ordered white miso ramen. Behind the dark miso flavor, you can feel the strong seafood flavor typical of Inosho. The noodles are different from the usual, medium-thin curly type. The grated ginger accent was also effective, and it was a very satisfying cup. I can't wait for the spiced miso ramen scheduled to be released in February. 2022.10.9 Added Recently released limited time menu, I ordered spicy/salt ramen. It was based on regular salted Chinese noodles, and unlike spicy fish, it wasn't too rich, and it was full of ingredients and very satisfying. I want it to be on the regular menu. Although there are many negative reviews, I personally am grateful that I can eat spicy fish at my local food court. The taste is not that different from the main store. I covered all the menus, but Pork Inoji didn't suit me. However, I think that's because I'm not a Jiro-type person. The spice ramen on the annual pass menu is quite delicious.
I thought it was quite delicious, including the soy sauce soba and tsukemen. You can't make a large serving of soy sauce soba, but the texture of the noodles and the soup go well together, and in a sense, I think it follows the standard of soy sauce ramen. And, although the salt soba looks plain, it packs a punch of flavor, and if soy sauce soba is the main character, it would be its rival. The other dish I had was the abura soba, which had a very good taste, and although I felt that the soy sauce was a bit strong, I felt that it went well with the dashi soup. There was also Jiro-style ramen on the menu for a limited time, so I also recommend that.
