More Comments at Google MapHanaichi's Shio Ramen is a rich but not greasy soup that won't weigh you down. It definitely has a strong salty taste. However, it has a salty taste with a hint of sea minerals. It's been a while since I've had it, but it was delicious. The aroma of seaweed enhances the feeling of the sea, and you can change the taste as you eat. Thick noodles are recommended. It's best eaten with white onions.
When I was driving by, I got curious and decided to go in. The moment I entered, everyone from the kitchen and the hall greeted me cheerfully, and I felt really good. When I looked at the menu, I saw something called ``yaki ramen,'' which is rare in Tokyo, so I ordered it. When I tried it, it seemed like it used a seafood-based soup stock, unlike Fukuoka's "yaki ramen". It was very delicious, with lots of vegetables and the soup stock had a punch of flavor. Rather, the portion was huge for the price, so it felt like a good deal. Also, I thought this dish would go well with beer, but since I was driving that day, I decided against beer. There were many other dishes that would go well with beer, so I would definitely like to visit again by train or bus next time.
The shrimp flavor in the soup is amazing. Shrimp lovers can't resist. Finally, you can dip some garlic toast into the soup and enjoy. For those who like spicy food, I think it would be a good idea to sprinkle a small plate of chilli shrimp furikake generously.
