More Comments at Google MapA ramen shop on the right side of the bus road heading from the south exit of Asaka Station to the city hall. I went there for the first time in a while after the corona misfortune. There have been some changes, such as changes in the store manager and staff, introduction and abolishment of some menus and ticket vending machines, but the signature menu, Hyakupo Ramen, has not changed. Medium-thick straight noodles in a gentle pork bone soup. There is also a replacement ball, but it is original instead of Hakata pork bone. Takana and sesame seeds are placed on the table, and when you sit down, they bring you chopped white onions from the refrigerator. I would like to mention the green tea high. The mug is also cold, and I personally think it's more delicious than any store I've ever drank. On the way home from drinking, it's blissful to stop by, pick mustard greens, drink green tea high, and eat Hyakupo Ramen with one kaedama. I'm fat but lol
Since it's pork bone ramen, I thought the noodles would be thin, but they turned out to be thick, straight noodles. The soup has no taste and is light, and for better or worse, it doesn't feel like tonkotsu. You can add as many green onions, mustard greens, and ground sesame seeds as you like for free. I'm also happy that half a bowl of rice is free at lunchtime.
The salty tonkotsu soup and the noodles are a perfect match, and I love that you can top it with whatever green onions you like, and there are extra servings! Not only the taste but also the customer service of the store clerk is good! I come here every week because of the pleasant smiles and attentiveness. There are box seats, so it's easy for families to visit. Finally open for lunch from December! But only on Sundays.
