Wako, Saitama, Japan｜Ramen Kagetsu Arashi

Excellent, authentic tonkatsu Ramen, right next to the station. Very very delicious. Unfortunately, we are so fast, there was no time for pictures

It was the most delicious Arashi I've ever eaten. Genkotsu ramen has thin noodles, so the noodles tend to get soft as you eat, but this one had firm noodles, so I was able to enjoy it till the end. The char siew was also huge, and I was surprised that there was such a difference even between chain restaurants. I will be going to the Wako store from now on.
