More Comments at Google MapIf I remember correctly, I visited the shop when I went to Kita Urawa to get the coronavirus vaccine✨I couldn't get a vaccine reservation at all~✨ The store's appearance is quaint, and it's a little difficult to enter if you're passing by, but the interior has a laid-back feel and is comfortable ✨ It has a nice pork bone smell✨ Hard rice and white rice ✨ When it comes to Hakata tonkotsu rice, you have to worry about whether to have white rice or extra rice ✨ The soup is rich but not too salty and has a nice pork bone smell ✨ The hard noodles and jellyfish are the best ✨ The char siu is soft and the soup and rice are the best✨ As you continue to eat, your mouth will be filled with the smell of pork bones and garlic. At times like this, I feel grateful to wear a mask ✨ It's not a place I usually go to, so I haven't been back since then, but now that I think about it, I don't often see Hakata tonkotsu that is this delicious. If you have any recommendations in Saitama, please let me know✨
Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen Tsubame-ken, which I've been wondering about since I was looking into pork bone ramen! I ordered ramen kikurage with rice! Of course, I also asked for an additional paste for the replacement ball! I haven't eaten the real thing, so I can't compare it, but it was a ramen that I quite liked, although it was rich and had a good aftertaste! The char siu was thin, but I was surprised at the price of 100 yen for a replacement ball with two large pieces! I was able to eat comfortably with the appearance of women making ramen and the men on the floor being energetic! I want to go there often, but it's not that close, so I can't go, but if I have another chance, I'd like to go eat there! It was a feast!
I visited Tsubameken for lunch on Friday, February 17, 2023. There is a food ticket machine near the entrance. The store is compact with only L-shaped counter seats. Most of the customers were men, but I also saw some women. Nostalgic J-POP music was playing inside the store. Take a seat at the counter, and the cold water is self-service. I'm glad that the cheerful customer service from the shop staff also brightened my mood. I ate the most popular ramen. It was 830 yen including tax. The firmness of the noodles was normal. It seems that many regular customers order the ramen in large pieces. The ramen was served in a flat bowl. Ingredients include chashu, seaweed, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms. The chashu is so soft that it falls apart when you try to hold it with chopsticks, and the fatty meat is sweet and full of flavor. The refreshing taste of the green onions, the seaweed flavor of the seaweed, and the crunchy texture of the wood ear mushrooms are also great. The noodles are long, straight, thin noodles with a nice wheat flavor and can be cut into pieces when you insert your teeth into them. The soup is very rich and creamy, and the flavor and flavor of the pork bones are concentrated. I usually leave some of the ramen soup behind, but I drank all the soup and finished it. It was delicious.
