More Comments at Google MapI visited Mr. Isagi in Narimasu for the first time. Purchase a basic ramen bowl. 850 yen including tax. It's past 7:30 on a Friday night, and there are 4 customers ahead of us. It was a visit just before closing time. I asked for more vegetables, less oil, and less garlic. The ramen that arrived has a convincing visual. The soup is emulsified and mellow. Vegetables are in good condition and easy to eat. Overall, it was very easy to eat, and the garlic punch made it even more delicious. The thick-sliced char siu was soft. It's been a long time since I've been in Jiro, and I'm satisfied with my stomach.
When I saw the reviews about the very harsh first order, I thought it must have been a mistake, but I ended up making a mistake in my order as well and had to have it remade (lol). As for the flavor, it is served on a lighter side compared to Jiro, so I think even people who don't like it with too much punch will be able to enjoy it. (If you tell the staff, they will add some sauce on the way, so you can make it look darker. For me, it was dark and it was just right.) I could have given it a 4 star for the taste, but I got a 3 star this time because it was just opened and the customer service was inexperienced and the service was slow. However, amidst such a difficult time in the food and beverage industry, I think we should just go ahead and enjoy the warm feeling of being a family business. It's not the customers who grow the store. I don't recommend it to people who don't have a lot of time (lol) Below are some points that I think could be improved, including future expectations. ・It is better to put the sauce on the counter to intensify the flavor. (It's hard to ask because the customer service is already very busy.) ・I want the store manager to be more confident and energetic. (I was so intimidated that I was wondering if the ramen tasted okay?) ・I want a hanger on the hook for hanging clothes. There are many ramen restaurants in Narimasu, but I think the level of gourmet food is low, so I think there is a chance. I will be visiting again, looking forward to seeing the store grow. I wish you the best. Below is my second visit, some time after the above review. 2023/2/18 The areas that I felt last time could have been improved were definitely improved. ・Add sauce to the counter ・The store manager has a great spirit and is stress-free. I tried the Mazesoba, which was well-received by other people's reviews. The photo shows a large serving, regular vegetable oil, mayonnaise, and garlic. Raw egg topping. It started with a light seasoning, but as expected, it was delicious as is. I like it dark, so add the sauce and chili peppers that are provided halfway through to taste. delicious. It's a Jiro series, so if you like the original Jiro, there may be some parts that are unsatisfactory, but if that's the case then you should go for Jiro. Jiro's father also said in an interview, ``Why don't you compete with your own taste instead of being inspired?'' I like Jiro's ramen, but depending on my physical condition, it has such an impact that I don't want to eat it again, so I think Isagi-san's ramen is a must if you go there on a daily basis. It's too heavy for old people, Jiro. (Many people say that Narimasu is a competitive area, but as someone who has developed a discerning palate after traveling to various regions, I've never seen a great ramen shop outside of Dotonbori.) If I wanted to, I could do the trick of adding vinegar to Mazesoba to give it a light taste at the end, so maybe I'll ask if I can bring it with me next time lol. As stated above, we have given this ramen shop, which has emerged as a new star in Narimasu, a 5-star rating in recognition of its hospitality, which has quickly improved in response to customer reviews. We are also looking forward to the release of other menu items that are currently closed as soon as we open!
[Narimasu's unique Jiro-style grilled pork is delicious! ] Near Narimasu Subway Station (along Kawagoe Kaido) Jiro style ramen shop is open! The owner is at the noodle shop Arai in Mito. It seems that he underwent training. Call when you hand over your meal ticket when you are seated. Overall mild, Jiro style ramen that is easy to eat. (There is a dark sauce bottle on the table) But if you make the call all the better... It suddenly becomes violent, For those who want a big meal, go for it! It feels like a family lineage that is rare among Jiro lineages. The use of flat, thick noodles is also interesting ♪︎ The thick grilled pork also does a great job. I ate ``Mazesoba'' on another day. These noodles might show their true value with Mazesoba♪︎ Mazesoba with a dark soy sauce sauce, These flat, thick noodles go really well! (A level that makes you want to repeat ♡)
