2023/7/23First visit I visited on Sunday afternoon, and there were just 2 groups of 7 people lined up at the ticket machine. Only the counter was partially vacant, but the first three people could not enter and waited in line for about 10 minutes. I had decided on the menu, purchased the green onion miso ramen and gyoza double at the ticket machine, and handed it over when called to the counter. After that, dumplings and ramen were served in that order in about 5 minutes. Oh, it looks like a rasho noodle face, and the egg half is the default here. Surprisingly, the soup has a mellow and gentle taste like white miso, and the backfat is also helpful. The char siu is salty but soft and very easy to eat, and the green onions have the usual taste. It was a miso ramen that was different from the Yamaoka family and other ramen, and it was delicious ~ ♪ It is better to think that there is almost no parking lot, and if you park at Chikaba's coin parking, you can get a 100 yen coin. Electronic money such as Suica could be used in addition to cash at the ticket machine. Thank you for your meal♪
The first time I went there, I think I tried the soy sauce, but I didn't have a very good impression of it. After that, I wanted to eat miso ramen, so when I visited again, I tried my favorite flavor, Don Pisha, and was hooked... I think the soup is a bit on the small side and a bit strong, but right now I only go there for miso ramen every other week. We recommend spicy green onion miso or standard miso, and the amount of noodles is medium to fill you up. (I want to try soy sauce and salt again, but if I go there I end up ordering miso.) A large serving really makes you feel like you're eating a lot of noodles. There's quite a line at lunchtime, but the turnover is fast so I don't think I'm too concerned about it.
