More Comments at Google MapThis is probably the only restaurant in Itabashi Market. I've used it several times, and I was able to enter normally without being accosted by a guard. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the administration building, located to the right after entering, and has the feel of a hidden gem. There aren't many restaurants in the area, and I don't think there are any places where you can eat breakfast, including chain restaurants, so I'm glad it's open early in the morning. Closed on Sundays and Wednesdays (when fruits and vegetables are closed). I think it's relatively empty on Thursdays when the flower gardens are closed. The photo shows Umani Soba and half-fried rice, but my personal recommendation is the Stamina noodles. It has plenty of chives and will warm your body. I think I'll try gyoza and tsukemen next time.
I haven't had a chance to visit again for a long time, and I finally got around to it. A restaurant inside Itabashi Market that supports the food of Tokyo residents. I have the impression that market cafeterias are delicious, perhaps because they cater to related parties. I was also very satisfied with the delicious restaurant, which was exactly as I had imagined. I ordered stamina noodles. My head was filled with a lot of chives and meat. As expected from a market that sells flowers, fruits and vegetables, it's quite exciting. The happiness of slurping chives like noodles lol The thick, sweet and spicy sauce for stir-frying mixes well with the soup and is delicious, and I also like the noodles. There was a good shop in Toneri Market, but it was closed. I was in shock though. I found a new good shop instead. Let's come again.
Ramen shop in Itabashi Market I've been curious about it for a long time and it's my first visit. Ramen 550 yen. cheap… The soup smells good of chicken bones and feels faintly sweet. It's a taste that makes you feel nostalgic, like the Chinese soba that my father took me a long time ago. I feel like there are fewer ramen with this flavor now.
