Nakano is a town where there are many delicious ramen restaurants of various genres, but if you want to eat Iekei ramen, we recommend Minowaya. At other family-run restaurants, I usually order dark, hard, or regular, but at Minowa's, I feel like the soy sauce is too strong, so I only ask for hardened. The noodles are rather thin. The char siu is also delicious and just the right amount of softness. My recommendation is to add a little smoked oil as a topping, but I think it changes the flavor considerably and makes it even more delicious. (We recommend playing in the second half.) They also have Mugen Garlic from Ohdoiya, and one of our favorites is that you can eat it with garlic mayonnaise rice. There's also Mazesoba, but this one also has cubed pork fillet, so it's quite punchy! Is delicious! Lastly, I think the store manager's smiling customer service is one of the attractions. Please come and have a taste of “Iterashai”! I’m fine 😊

Almost every day on Twitter, Minowa's ramen is streamed on the timeline, and a video of the store owner saying "Have a nice day!" Finally, I couldn't stand it anymore, and at an awkward time on Sunday afternoon, I managed to get permission from my wife to say, "Have a nice day..." and finally landed in Nakano. I had never been to Nakano Kitaguchi before, but I was struck by the sheer number of ramen shops. Finally arrived while capturing. Sunday 14:00, 5 people waiting. Next to the beautiful appearance of the newly opened store, there is an obscure store called "Maid in Nakano" that will whet your appetite. The turnover rate was quite fast, and I was able to enter the store in about 10 minutes. First of all, only cash is supported from the accounting. It seems that it will also support cashless from January. I ordered a special ramen (1200 yen) and a char siu rice bowl (350 yen), drew water by myself and sat down. The taste preference calls only "katame". Anyway, the owner of the shop, Maruyama, is talking energetically all the time in the store, and of course there are people who react, but most of them eat ramen silently and don't react at all, so the contract is a little interesting. There seems to be a shortage of human resources anyway, so if you are looking for a part-time job, please do. Before long, the proprietress skillfully made a char siu rice bowl. It is very luxurious with char siu and green onions sprinkled, boiled eggs, seaweed, and a piece of butter. When you eat a bite, the smoked flavor hits you and it's pretty delicious. Excellent compatibility between char siu and smoked meat. However, it would be bad if the main dish turned into belly bread here, so I endure eating a small amount. Finally, the noodles were finished and the platter was completed. At that moment, the bowl was handed over again, and the bowl was handed over while receiving the shouts of "Thank you for waiting! Come on!" It looks pretty good. Countless nori seaweed, a large amount of spinach that cannot be compared to Makotoya, a large roasted pork fillet with no wasted fat, and creamy butter peeking out from the astragalus. . First, take a bite of the oily soup. It has just the right amount of sweetness and is delicious. The noodles are not only firm, but they are also cut to an appropriate length, not too thick and not too thin, making them easy to eat. And above all, char siu is good. It's fairly large and not too hard, it doesn't have too much flavor, and it's delicious with no wasted fat. Once again, when I tasted the soup on the lower floor, the soup was so perfect that I couldn't believe it had just opened. The soy sauce is not too strong, and the pork bones are cooked, making it very mellow. When butter melts in there, it is the best of mellowness. Contrary to the loudness and enthusiasm of the owner Maruyama, I got the impression that the soup was very meticulous and carefully prepared. And it is also perfect to wrap the nori seasoned in the soup and wrap it in a char siu bowl and eat it. The soup, seaweed, smoked char siu, and Minowa rice are so good that it almost blows your mind when you put it all together. And above all, there are many seasonings on the table. It is full of tricks that you won't get tired of, such as buttery smoked oil, onions, ginger, garlic, and Oudouya's infinite garlic. Above all, by adding onions and garlic, the taste of the basic soup does not change too much, and it feels like the whole is upgraded, which is the best. At the timing when the char siu rice bowl turns into belly bread and you can't eat it, put plenty of infinite garlic on top and eat it with mayonnaise, and it flies even more. Before I knew it, I had finished eating. It was pretty good. On the premise that I am very satisfied and want to visit again, I thought it would be better if there was a more addictive taste. For better or for worse, it was delicious, well-balanced and highly complete, so there were some parts that made it difficult to see the characteristics. However, it will continue to improve based on customer feedback, and I would like to visit again while looking forward to that time.

It's family-based, but contrary to its clear color, it's a very thick animal-based soup. Best paired with spinach. Char siu and boiled eggs also blend in smoothly without disturbing the soup. very tasty. A satisfying cup that you can have even after drinking.
