Thin noodles with rich soy sauce, firm and delicious. The reviews are for salt and miso, but first of all, my favorite soy sauce and chashu rice, the soup has a strong rich flavor, and it goes well with the thin noodles! Pork bone and maple leaves? Not chashu rice, but white rice! Next time I'll try thick noodles with miso.
