More Comments at Google MapGreat Niboshi Ramen, they have 2 type of Ramen : Standard Niboshi Ramen and Niboshi Ramen with Pork Backfat. If you love Niboshi and thin noodle you can order the Standard one, but if you prefer thicker noodle with milder soup you should choose the Backfat one. Their 和え玉 is also amazing.
▼Order Special pure niboshi soba (1200 yen) Marinated egg and dried sardines (200 yen) Visited the store around 19:00 on Sunday night. After waiting for about 20 minutes with 3 people waiting outside, we were guided to a table seat. We recommend the special pure niboshi soba. The soy sauce-based soup has a light taste and a strong dried sardine soup. Exquisite of exquisite. Homemade char siu cooked slowly at a low temperature will also whet your appetite. I'm going to dive in the soup and paku. It's delicious. The aedama (aedama) is firm enough to leave a little core in the noodles, and it's no exaggeration to say that it's the second bowl of ramen. I was completely full with a sense of volume in the middle. There are many paid parking lots around the store, so I don't think you'll have any trouble coming to the store by car. Thank you for the meal (^^)
It is a finished dried sardine ramen with no flaws. It took me a long time to finish the soup. I had a thick dried sardine soup, patsupatsu noodles, and a chicken egg (half). There is a good public bath nearby, so it's a level that makes you want to live nearby. There is also a rare table seat in a ramen shop.
