More Comments at Google MapI ate a very delicious shrimp ramen and salmon sashimi with rice and mizo soup. Everything was really good and the owner/chef is a very gentle and professional man who's help you to choice the best ramen for you.
I ordered the simple tai ramen!! It’s so far the best I have eaten in Tokyo!! Warm hospitality, and good taste!! Will come again next time 🥳
The nearest station is Ochiai Minami Nagasaki. The address is Nakaochiai 3-chome. A ramen shop along Mejiro Street. It used to be in Asakadai, and even before that it was in Sakuradai. In April of this year, it opened again in Nakaochiai. ◼️ Cold shrimp noodles (summer only) I wanted to eat something refreshing that day, so I ordered ``chilled shrimp noodles'' from the cold noodles that are only available in summer. I waited for a while with Shogo Hamada's "Money" playing in my head. A colorful bowl of rice bowl. A hiyashi Chinese style dish based on soy sauce and vinegar. The XO sauce adds a complex flavor, and the shrimp chili oil adds spiciness. It was easier than I expected. I love that you can add shrimp oil to your liking. The ingredients are boiled shrimp coated with XO sauce, thinly sliced rare char siu and cucumber, thinly sliced cherry tomatoes, oyster mushrooms, sweet and sour ginger, and an orange-colored egg roll. Brightly colored. Delicious for both the eyes and the tongue. ◼️Lunch meal ・Sea bream ramen ・Rice cooked with clams ・Shuumai A fulfilling content. As the sign says, the sea bream ramen definitely tastes like the sea breeze. However, there is no fishy smell at all. It has a strong oil and fat content, but is moderately salty and has a pure taste. The medium-thick noodles with low water content are also delicious. The rice cooked with clams has a soy sauce flavor and a nice aroma. The shumai is plump and of high quality. Well, I'm quite satisfied. At 950 yen, it's a no-brainer.
