I took 特製 ramen. Very nice thick broth, but without a strong tonkotsu smell that some other ramens have sometimes. The meat and noodles are perfect!

I ordered ajitama ramen for lunch at a tonkotsu ramen restaurant in Ekoda. The chicken and pork-based soup has a thick, gamey texture and a slightly grainy texture. The chewy, medium-thick noodles go well, but they go really well with the large amount of green onions I ordered! Paired with juicy pork belly chashu and seasoned soft-boiled eggs, it's a delicious and satisfying dish. The boiled egg is soft-boiled and thick. The ramen doesn't come with meatballs, so we recommend ordering the special ramen. Order white hair green onions with additional toppings. It is spicy and accents the ramen. The tsukemen had a strong flavor and was well seasoned. The soup stock was carefully prepared and delicious.
