It was a very thick tsukemen only on Wednesdays. I ate a large serving for 880 yen, but I was quite satisfied. If you slurp it normally, the noodles are too thick and the soup doesn't get entangled at all, so it was just right to eat the noodles and drink the soup with a lotus root.

I ordered the special thick sardine ramen. I went there once and fell in love with it, so this is my second visit. The soup is thick and rich with dried sardines. I'm so excited. It's a soup that not only has dried sardines but also has a strong flavor. Personally, I think it's a little too salty, so I'm hoping the saltiness will be a little less salty. I really like it because I haven't found any ramen with such a strong dried sardine! The char siu was also creamy and had a lot of flavor. A nice point is that there are lots of raw onions in the topping. There is vinegar on the table, so the taste changes midway through, and the refreshing sourness of vinegar in the thick soup is the best. I'll be visiting for a while!

It is said that the flavor of dried sardines is strong, but the ingredients, concentration of dried sardines, and amount of oil change depending on the day, so the flavor is not strong every day. From the renewal in June 2021, we changed to rich dried sardines and light dried sardines. It's up to each person to decide which is better, the old or the current, but the current one seems to be more popular among young people. Personally, I like it better before the renewal, because the current one is salty. It's basically open seven days a week, but recently there have been occasional closures due to staff not feeling well or stocking up, so it's best to check business hours on Twitter before going.
