Ramen + spinach topping. I ordered it dark and hard. The amount of spinach is amazing. I'm impressed that the soup is not loose even though it's such a heap of spinach. Soup is delicious anyway. I like it best in Iekei ramen in Tokyo. The noodles are a little thin, but they go well with the soup. Rice is free until one refill. If I order rice, do you add pickles? They will listen to you.

There are only counter seats and there aren't that many seats, so depending on the time, you may have to wait in line. There's only one owner, so you won't be called out even if you're in line, so just go in when a customer comes out (lol) Orders will be placed at the ticket vending machine. This time I chose Tokumori Ramen. There were three types of buttons: regular, medium, and large. As is typical of a family-run restaurant, when ordering, you can specify the firmness and thickness of the noodles. I was already satisfied with the deep bowl of spinach, chashu pork, and seaweed. I'm very satisfied because I can order rice and pickles for free 🙌 Although the taste is normal, some people may find it salty, so it may be better for women to use a lighter version. Personally, it was delicious. Especially the chashu. Even though it was big, it melted in my mouth. Even if I added white sesame seeds to the soup or added garlic to the soup, it was still delicious, so I would like to go there again 👍
