Although the noodle → tofu change menu is no longer available, limited menus and side menus are increasing. The limited edition tomato tandan noodles and tandan-style taco rice were delicious! I thought so, but you can choose from 0 to 10 spiciness, and since I don't like spiciness, I chose 1 spiciness. It's mellow, rich, and delicious. I usually leave the soup behind with noodle dishes, but it was so delicious that I ate it all. There is also a menu where you can replace the noodles with tofu, which I thought would be great for people who are restricting their sugar intake. Apparently they also have TKG (egg-fried rice) made with eggs, so I'd like to order that next time.
