More Comments at Google MapI couldn't believe it was a ramen restaurant from the outside of the store. However, when I entered, it was a delicious dried sardine ramen shop! There is no bitterness, and the noodles go down easily in your throat. I ordered the back fat sardine ramen, but the meat sardine ramen seems to have a different type of pork, so I'd like to try that again. It seemed like you could eat menma rice for lunch on weekdays, but I thought it would be nice if they had that kind of service on weekends as well. I wish I could go once a month since I'm not in the neighborhood, but I think I'd go once a week if I was in the neighborhood lol
The ramen with dried sardines is delicious. It weighs 200g, so it's plenty. Dressed noodles are normal.
good! ! Not so crowded! If it's in the neighborhood, I want to go there once a week! Heck, it takes an hour each way, but I used to go every weekend for a while. A different limited menu comes out every month, so I tend to pay attention to that, but the taste of the regular menu is amazing. The thickness of the regular members makes the limited menu stand out. Also, not only ramen and tsukemen, but also meat rice is ridiculously delicious. I know that I'll regret eating too much, but it's ridiculously delicious to the point of asking for it. For the meat rice, small cubes of char siu are roasted with a burner, and the fat melts on the tongue along with the white rice, creating the perfect sauce. ! Personally, the best combination is backfat niboshi ramen + meat rice. Even if the stomach and intestines are rough the next day after drinking it, it will gently permeate. The only downside is that it's far from the station, but maybe because of that, it's not so crowded after 13 on Saturdays and Sundays. I have no shortcomings. I was really moved by the rich niboshi soba I ate for a limited time. Of course it's delicious, but when you take a sip of the soup, you'll be attacked by the condensed umami flavor that will make you think, "Didn't the dried sardines explode in my mouth?" What's more, even though it has such a concentrated taste, it's really amazing that it's creamy and you can drink it all up! ! The feeling of wanting all human beings who like dried sardines to taste.
