More Comments at Google MapA very good ramen spot and worth the visit if your in the area. They seem to be open from 11 to 3 PM as far as I can tell. When we visited around 1115 we only had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes before getting a table. There were mainly locals inside during our visit. You order via vending machine by first, placing in the money and then making the selection for the dishes, tickets will be printed out which you can hand to the waiter, which they will give to the chef to know what you have ordered. We ordered the tsukemen, the special Tantan wonton noodles and braised pork over rice. The tsukemen was even upgraded to a large size for free. The staff members were all very friendly and everything was done efficiently. Interior is cozy.
China Soba Osada is located in Kanai-cho, a residential area, on the corner of a railroad crossing south of the east exit of Oyama Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. It's a 100-famous ramen noodle shop. Visited for a walk around town. I arrived at the store at 12:30 on a weekday, and the store was about 80% crowded. A tenant on the first floor of an apartment set back from the entrance road. I can't say it's a good location, but... When you enter the entrance, there is a ticket vending machine on your right, table 5, and a counter on your left. The back kitchen is on your right. 1 hall staff and 2 kitchen staff members. The staff is attentive and attentive, and the guidance is just right and comfortable. The inside of the store is tidy and not new, but it's not dirty either. I clicked wontanmen 1100 at the ticket vending machine and sat down at the counter. The two men in the kitchen seem to have something familiar about their arms. The rice bowl will arrive soon A double dish of animal-based chicken and pork, finished with a fragrant maple seasoning. The soup has two layers, perhaps due to the addition of flavored oil, and when you pull up the straight thin noodles with a high water content, the oil on the surface layer coats the noodles. Kaeshi has a deep, mature flavor that pairs well with chicken fat. Best of all, the saltiness is perfectly adjusted and it's delicious to drink. What's more, it's filled with wontons that don't look like meatballs, and are bursting with flavor, making it a really fun dish. The salty, ham-like char siu, seasoned menma, and seaweed topping make for a larger portion than it looks, making it very satisfying. As expected, it is one of the 100 famous stores. It was a very satisfying lunch. It was a feast.
The strong soup stock, ginger-flavored wontons, and thick, juicy chashu pork were exquisite. The photo shows wonton chashu men (1,400 yen). It seems a little expensive, but I think it's worth it!
