It is a restaurant that makes you want to eat again. I think it's because the shopkeeper's axis is solid. The tsukemen has a slightly sour taste and is voluminous. This is the kind of restaurant that makes me want to eat even now as I write this review. I uploaded the image. Regular serving. The dipping sauce is voluminous with char siu, wonton, bamboo shoots, green onions, and seaweed.

After having lunch at Oyama Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, I wandered around town for a bit. Happy Road is a popular arcade shopping street, and the bright and calm city is fun. I got hungry after walking a bit, so I was looking for a ramen restaurant and found this one. The signboard says Taishoken, so Mori Soba is probably their specialty. It looks like it has a nice atmosphere, so let's go in and have a look. I sat at the counter and looked at the menu first. As expected, Mori Soba is the main dish. There are toppings available, but since it's been a while since I've had it, I'll stick to the normal mori soba. I'm not sure, but cold mori soba noodles are best. I also ordered a bottle of beer. I slowly drink a cold beer while waiting for my mori soba. The inside of the store isn't large, but it's not cramped and you can relax while waiting. Drink beer while eating menma that comes out as a snack. Around the time I finished drinking beer, Morisoba came out. The noodles are traditional yellow noodles. Since it is free up to the middle size, I chose the middle size and it is quite voluminous. The soup tastes like soup from a Chinese soba restaurant. The ingredients are simple, like menma and naruto. Let's eat it right away. Dip the cold noodles into the hot soup. I quite like this, but the simple soup and noodles at this restaurant are even more delicious. Rich soups are good, but simple soups like this are great. A simple soup must have delicious noodles, so it probably has its own unique flavor. It was a lot of food, but I finished it all and was very satisfied. This restaurant is delicious!
