I got [Nanakusa no Kiyoyu] (1200 yen) for one day only. "Nanakusa ramen" is not a rice porridge with seven herbs. This is really delicious and delicious and I was surprised. Have you ever eaten such an interesting and delicious ramen after a long time? ! ? ! It was a ramen that really uses Nanakusa, and it was delicious as a ramen, and I was impressed! ! I also ate chicken seiyu ramen (soy sauce). This is the so-called “tanrei soy sauce” ramen, which is elegant and flavorful (using French techniques). The truffle butter TKG (mini bowl) was also really delicious. Buttery and truffle flavored. You won't find such a luxurious mini bowl anywhere else! !

I think chicken paitan would be difficult to make as ramen, but it was very well-made and delicious. The char siu was cooked just right and was delicious. The limited-time menu seems to be popular, so I'd like to try it when I visit again.
