The flame-grilled char siu is a specialty. I'm really grateful to be able to eat this without waiting in line. . Choosing the noodles to go with this chashu is always a problem. Until last year, I used miso, but this year I tend to choose tsukemen. Maybe it's just my imagination, but the dipping sauce has gotten so much better since the new year.

I had the grilled char siu with dried sardines and tonkotsu! The store clerk was also friendly and made me feel good. There has been a slight increase in prices due to soaring prices, but since there is a service to add extra noodles, it hasn't really changed. This is a delicious ramen shop that I would definitely like to visit again.

She was a nice hostess! It was so delicious! The grilled chashu was exquisite!
