More Comments at Google MapA staple in the Takadanobaba ramen scene. Style here is tonkotsu gyokai, so expect a heavy pork broth with strong fish flavours. Noodles, soft boiled egg and pork chashu toppings are all top notch, so is the super thick menma bamboo shoot. But the true highlight really is the amazing broth. Lines might build up during lunch time and on weekends, but the short wait is indeed worth it.
1,450 yuan per person at noon I ordered the most luxurious ultimate set meal with soft-boiled eggs and 5 pieces of barbecued pork. Very, very delicious, a top-notch ramen shop in an alley. If you like eating barbecued pork that melts in your mouth, go for it. If you like to eat thin noodles with carefully selected ingredients, then come here. If you like to eat rich and mellow soup base, then come here. Apart from being a little expensive, this store can 1000% satisfy your taste buds!
A very avant-garde hidden ramen restaurant. Even though it's a little far from the station, it's worth a visit. The reason why the word "restaurant" is used is that everything from decoration to tableware has been carefully considered. There is a natural beauty that returns to nature. The finish of the ramen is quite high! The boss must be a "proportion control". The most amazing ones are the "soup" and "braised eggs". The soup here is thick but not salty. The taste of the fish is very mellow and lingering. (Soup with the golden ratio of fish fillet and tonkotsu) The braised eggs are super awesome! What a masterpiece! Perfectly smooth! And the braised egg yolk is delicious. Don't know how it is done... The dried bamboo shoots here are also very delicious, crisper than usual and very thick. On the contrary, the barbecued pork felt average, without much highlights. The store was very quiet and there was no music playing. Customers who come here will finish their meal quietly and leave quietly. The waiter also silently and carefully prepares each bowl of noodles. ごChizao様でした!
