brought my family here and had the special fukuryu ramen, dried sardines ramen, and maze junky. the fukuryu ramen was very well balanced well with the deep chicken flavors of the broth offset by the citrus of the yuzu foam. on the opposite end of the spectrum, the maze junky was as indulgent and flavorful as expected; adding rice to the mix after finishing the noodles as recommended was great. overall very memorable bowls of ramen on account of their uniqueness and how delicious they were.

Entered the store around 1930 pm. On this day, the shop was celebrating its 2nd anniversary, and the menu was limited to Fukuryu Ramen with black truffles. This ramen had a rich truffle flavor, and it was as delicious as if I was drinking a cream soup! The soup base is delicious. The truffle was added to it and it was too good. I would love to have the opportunity to eat there again!
