I miss the taste of Kyoto

It looks the same as the main store in Kyoto, but the flavor of the noodles seems to be slightly inferior. I think the flavor of the soup is almost the same. The soup sauce is more tailored for Tokyo than Kyoto, which suits me better. I think there are many people from the Kanto region who feel uncomfortable eating at the Kyoto main store. This restaurant is recommended for those who are interested in the overall high level of taste.

This is the Tokyo branch of Daiichi Asahi from Kyoto. I don't have many opportunities to go to Kyoto, so this is the best way to experience Kyoto ramen. In Kyoto, after eating here, I immediately go to Shinpuku Saikan and eat. The soy sauce has a sharp taste, but it is richer than Shinpuku Saikan. It's a shame that it costs a lot of money. The taste is stable and delicious. The photo shows Shiro added to the special ramen. Yakimeshi also has a stable taste.
