Delicious! It's so delicious that it's even more tonkotsu than Kyushu tonkotsu ramen. Even though it's a soup, it has a thick, sticky texture. For a moment, it seems like a light attack, but then a rich flavor comes through. The noodles are a unique type that is thick and short, with a smooth and crunchy texture. From the looks of it, it looks like it's a family genus, but it doesn't seem to be that kind of genealogy. Char siu on the rice! We highly recommend heating this type of char siu at the bottom. That way, you can enjoy the plump texture but also the softness. The taste of the meat oozes out! The rice fits perfectly and is really delicious! It's family style, so you can add more seaweed and rice too!
1 minute walk from Toei Subway Itabashi Kuyakusho-mae Station The toppings and shape are reminiscent of Iekei, but the soup is refreshing without a strong salty taste. Based on my personal taste, the ratio was about 6 parts chicken bone to 4 parts pork bone, and there was no animal smell. I felt that it would be easily accepted by everyone. The chewy pork char works great as an accompaniment without feeling overly greasy.
