This is old-fashioned, orthodox Tokyo soy sauce ramen. The taste is not strong and the soup is refreshing and you can drink it till the end. The noodles are thin and chijire noodles. The char siu is soft and never boring. The half-fried rice is about as good as a single serving, and it's very good. This is a clean counter only store.
[Authentic soy sauce ramen, exquisite wontons, thick char siu finish, elegant and textured menma, and a beautiful overall visual, an encounter with wonton noodles that can only be said to be ``masterful!!'' no matter where you look at it!! ︎】 This is a small Chinese restaurant with counter seats only, located on the first floor of a building facing an alley, a 3-minute walk from Exit A1 of Jimbocho Station. Their famous dishes include half-chan ramen, traditional Chinese noodles such as wonton noodles and tanmen, and salt ramen, all of which I felt were of high quality. The owner and the landlady are in perfect harmony with each other, and just by watching the owner complete each dish one after another under the precise orders of the front controller, you can see the high level of quality of this restaurant. I think. It gets crowded during the day, and it's only open from midday until evening, but it's a recommended restaurant.
