Great ラーメン屋 near Itabashi station. The prices are great and so is the taste. The whole shop has about 5 seats, but the ramen is well worth the wait in the queue (which are quite often over 7 people, but again, great ramen is well worth the wait).

The most delicious ramen shop that focuses on dried sardines. The menu is carefully selected, and the toppings change dramatically depending on the menu. ``Chinese soba'' and ``Chinese hand massage'' come with about 4 pieces of meaty and filling chashu by default. ``Rich dried sardines'' and ``Ikken miso'' come with soft pork belly pork and delicious roasted pork roasted at a low temperature. Kaedama can be eaten as is, but it is coated with a delicious sauce, and depending on the occasion, a piece of pork scraps is randomly placed on top. ``Rich Niboshi'' is an amazingly rich dried sardine, and you can taste the extreme bitterness. The thin noodles are covered in thick soup. This is a dish you should not order if you don't like the harsh taste of dried sardines. lol ``Ikken Miso'' is a flavor that can only be enjoyed here, with the rich aroma of dried sardines mixed with miso. The texture of the thick noodles goes very well. Personally, my favorite is "Chinese hand massage". You can enjoy the hearty soy sauce soup with dried sardines as well as the thick noodles. The general manager is basically a one-person operation, so the turnover rate is slow. Although the owner is taciturn and quiet, he is never rude to his customers, and you can clearly see that he takes great care in preparing each and every cup. The love for ramen is overflowing, and as a ramen lover, I feel strangely comfortable...lol It's a store that is important to me, and I always go home feeling happy.

Dried Sardines Chinese Ikken I think it's the most delicious in Itabashi Ward. The dried sardines are outstanding! It's addictive and when you remember it, you want to eat it. The inside of the store is narrow with only counters and there are always long lines, but I think it's worth lining up!
