One of the best ramen shops here in Ikebukuro. The owner is so friendly and remembers the face of it's regular costumers. You can customize your ramen according to your liking. (Hardness of your noodles, saltiness of the soup, and how much oil do you want). You can also order rice-all-you-can for just 100yen. It's a great deal for those people who loves rice a lot. I really recommend you to try and see it for yourself.

Kotsunaie is a family-run store that opened in December 2020. This is a direct branch of a store called "Kerudoka" in Nogata. Furthermore, this seems to be a lineage of the Shin-Nakano Musashi family, then a martial artist, then a Terumo family. I made my first visit to Ikebukuro's popular family-style ramen, Otsunaya. At the ticket vending machine, I bought regular ramen for 880 yen and refillable rice for 150 yen. I was guided to a counter seat and ordered noodles. First, rice was served, and infinite garlic and mayonnaise were added to the rice. If you don't have to wait until the ramen is served, take a bite and it will be delicious. The rice is cooked deliciously, and I feel like I can eat as many bowls as I want. After that, the ramen bowl arrived. The soup is so thick and punchy that it wakes you up, and it's delicious, and the noodles are just as delicious as the soup.
