The absolute BEST RAMEN I've ever had, and I've been to numerous places across Japan and other countries. 15/10 will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Japan. They also have a bunch of Best Ramen awards. Note: No English, you'll have to google translate the ticket machine. Because of this I put the service at 3 stars. :(

I went to Hokkaido Ramen Misokuma, which is a 1-minute walk from Oji Station and across from Asukayama Park. It's always full, but today it was after 11 o'clock, so I got in right away. That being said, it is a popular store with many customers coming in one after another. I'm really lucky. I bought a ticket and waited at the counter for about 5 minutes. Sapporo Miso Ramen 880 yen. Since the large bowl of noodles was free, I ended up ordering a large bowl. It's a bit large... First, take a sip of the soup. delicious! Rich, deep miso flavor. My favorite, Do Strike! The noodles are medium thick, yellow and slightly curly. It's definitely Sapporo miso ramen. Ingredients are seaweed, menma, chashu, bean sprouts, and green onions. No cone. There were several condiments on the counter, so I started trying them out. First, fried onions. It increases the richness. Grated ginger enhances the flavor. Grated garlic doubles the flavor. Shrimp ground sesame makes it aromatic. Chili pepper, transformed into spicy. Yuzu pepper, perfect as a condiment. No, I'm full and satisfied. I think I'll try the soy sauce ramen next time.
