If you come by car, there is plenty of on-street parking in front of the store, which is cheap and convenient. Yamagata Prefecture is said to have the highest consumption of ramen in Japan. The store's food served to customers is ramen! I go to Yamagata occasionally, and there are a lot of very delicious ramen there. There are various types such as spicy miso and light soy sauce, but the quality is really high. In particular, soy sauce ramen, which is the most popular in Yamagata prefecture, is my favorite, as there are many restaurants that offer a very sophisticated version of traditional Tokyo ramen. I think this soy sauce ramen is a descendant of that. The ramen here was a little spotty right after it opened, but when it's piping hot and the soup is strong, the ramen here is delicious. Spicy miso ramen is a specialty of Yamagata Prefecture centered around the Akayu area. I like it, but even in Yamagata, if you dissolve all the spicy miso on top, it becomes too salty and cannot be eaten deliciously. The spicy miso ramen here was also too salty. In Yamagata, they serve spicy miso separately, so I think I'll do the same next time. The light miso ramen is so delicious that I think it would be better for me to eat it without the spicy miso.

I ate wonton noodles. The soup is clear and delicious. Second time today, it's still delicious!
