[Takeoka Style Ramen Sera] is a ramen restaurant located about 3 minutes walk from the north exit of Komagome Station on the JR Yamanote Line. What is special about this place, only counter seats? is only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. From Sunday to Wednesday, it will quickly change to Spicy Ramen Fujimoto! Takeoka-style ramen is a local ramen from the Boso Peninsula that includes homemade noodles, soy sauce, chashu pork, and onions. This time I topped it with boiled egg lol I'm a soy sauce ramen fan, so the Takeoka-style ramen uses a bit of strong soy sauce, but it's really delicious. The onion crunch is also irresistible! Next time I'll try the Spicy Ramen Fujimoto even though I'm not good at spicy food~ lol

You can see it from the platform of Komagome station. Is it a little closer to go out from the east exit? About 8 seats at the counter only. There seems to be Jiro-style ramen, but this time I chose Takeoka-style soy sauce ramen. Spicy onions go well with the soup. The char siu had just the right amount of oil, and the raw noodles were a little hard and had a chewy texture, which was really nice! I would like to try other menus as well. The store clerk was also nice and easy to talk to!

This time, I had spicy ramen instead of the Takeoka style. It was very spicy and delicious.
