Then we went to our seats. We brought our daughter with us so her stroller is just outside the restaurant as the place is not so spacious, but it's ok. We are in separate cubicles as my daughter can eat by herself already, so it is not a problem. The food is so delicious, so give it a try too.

2023/10/14 I had the special white soy sauce sardine soba noodles for 1,080 yen and the seafood bowl for 500 yen. Today's seafood bowl is "Sudachi yellowtail and tuna tataki." Arrived at 6pm. There was no line and I was seated right away. When you enter the store, the smell of seafood fills the air, and your expectations are rising. Special white soy sauce niboshi soba. As the name suggests, this soup is made from dried sardines, but there is no seafood smell at all, and the soup has a clear, umami flavor. Goes well with thin straight noodles with a chewy texture. It's topped with plenty of thinly sliced ​​rare pork siu, and when you flip it over, it folds up like the petals of a rose, making it very pleasing to the eye. The soft, half-boiled flavored egg, thick menma, and green onions all made this a perfect dish. I just finished the soup. Bowl of rice topped with sashimi. Fresh yellowtail and tuna tataki. Both were so delicious I could almost smile. Nagoya Cochin's ramen looks delicious, and the sardine bowl on the side menu also looks delicious.
