I went to Binbinbuta for the first time in a while and was impressed! 🥰When it first opened, I thought it would be no different from Junk Garage's ramen, but it has evolved so much! First of all, I was impressed that it was non-emulsifying! The fat is sweet and the noodles are rounder than the Jiro type, but they go great with the soup! The atmosphere of the staff is also very nice! I was impressed by the gap since I have been to this store before! Looks like I'll be able to sleep well today lol
