Toda, Saitama, Japan｜Komugi no yume

I always order Chinese noodles for 750 yen, chashu topping for 300 yen, and a large bowl of noodles for free for 1,050 yen. I like char siu more than the special dish, so I settled on this one. This is one of my favorite ramen shops.

The noodles were homemade and the type of noodles varied depending on the ramen. This time I had the seafood pork bone ramen. The noodles are thick and firm and are very filling. Both the noodles and soup were delicious, but the toppings of pork, egg, and wonton were even more delicious. I will go again.

There is a bench at the entrance of the shop, so please line up in order. I hear a voice from the inside saying "please", so I go in and buy a meal ticket. Water is self-service. The noodles are chewy, and the niboshi ramen has a really irresistible taste! Even if it's a large serving, it seems to go smoothly. When you finish your meal, it is kind to put down the dishes and disinfect the desk before leaving. The parking lot is a coin-operated parking lot located a little towards Route 17. You can get a one-hour service ticket at the shop.
