Fantastic miso ramen.

I visited for Sunday lunch with my husband, who loves miso ramen. Luckily there was no line and when we entered we were shown to a table for two. The inside of the store was bright and clean, and the staff greeted us with polite but cheerful voices. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it all, so I decided to make the ladies' miso ramen with a flavored egg topping. My husband chose the special rich spicy miso ramen. It was just before 1pm and I was quite hungry, so I waited for 5 minutes before the ramen was brought to me. The soup is rich, but goes well. It's not too salty and you can feel the ginger inside. The characteristic feature is the loosened chashu pork, which is full of flavor and delicious when mixed with green onions and bean sprouts in the soup. And the loosened chashu is easy to eat! The noodles were a little soft, but I loved the yellow noodles. The women's version had just the right amount of soup, and although I drank quite a bit of soup, I felt just the right amount of full and didn't feel guilty about eating too much, so I left the restaurant feeling good. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed the spicy miso ramen with rice. I like my noodles firm, so I think I'll tell you about it next time. Thank you for the meal!

I usually have ramen with salt or soy sauce, but I was curious about this. We ordered the special rich miso ramen, the ladies' ramen, and the limited-time chilled miso ramen. And all-you-can-eat rice and raw eggs♡ I don't usually eat miso ramen, but everything was so delicious! All-you-can-eat rice and mixed rice with raw eggs, miso ramen soup, and chashu are also great! Even my daughter finished the ladies ramen ♡ This is a repeat purchase (^з^)-☆
