More Comments at Google Mapby far the best ramen in Japan, horse meat dishes are also wonderful. it is a must on any foodies to eat list. much love.
Asoji for the first time in a while. Although this shop is a ramen shop, it has a huge selection of shochu, and since it specializes in horse sashimi, it can be used like an izakaya, and you can finish off your meal with ramen, which is a very luxurious experience. I've been here many times before, but it's been a while since I've been here, so I visited after drinking this day. Check out the list of shochu. As usual, there are many types of shochu, mainly high-quality shochu such as Mori Izo, Maou, and Isami, so I was confused, but the one that caught my eye was ``Habzake''. I guess I don't like it, but I don't have many opportunities to drink it, so I ordered Habu sake on the rocks. I would also like some horse sashimi as a snack. Habu sake is awamori, so it has a fairly high alcohol content, has a strong impact, and has a slight taste, but it is mild and delicious. It's nice to eat horse sashimi as a snack. Isn't this a pattern of drinking too much? To finish, I ordered beef bone wonton noodles. A gorgeous visual of a large char siew, wonton, menma, boiled egg, small pieces of green onion, and seaweed. Beef bone soup has a thick taste and you can feel the animal flavor afterward. The wontons are the creamy type that I like. The char siu has a lot of fat, is soft and delicious. The noodles were thin, so they were easy to eat after drinking, and even though I was full, I ate them all in one go. Thank you for the meal.
I go to this restaurant because I want to eat ramen, but I love horse meat so much that I end up mainly drinking there. We recommend fresh horse meat, which comes in many varieties. The black pork gyoza is delicious, but I wish it was a little bigger.
