Amazing taste for an amazing price

Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen, which I think is the most delicious in Tokyo (I've never been to Kyushu, so I don't know...sweat). I've moved twice, and the name of the store has changed each time, but counting from the previous store, and the store before that, I've been going there for over 20 years (laughs). I often go there after drinking, so I always think that I should have no kaedama or full, but when I start eating, I end up eating at least three kaedama, which is a sinful horse. That's because the emulsification of the soup after Kaedama is irresistibly delicious! If you ask for a Kae-dama with wire or powder, the powder on the noodles melts into the soup, making the soup thicker and thicker. It is my style to add plenty of free topping "Karashi Takana" on the table and mix it with the noodles with the creamy soup (really, sorry for the wrong way). It's fun to grow the soup to your liking from the first cup of straight cloudy (or rather, darker cloudy!) soup... well, that's because the original soup has a solid taste. Also, in this day and age where ramen costs more than 1,000 yen, it's nice to have normal "ramen" for 650 yen. In addition, you can get a free Kaedama or topping ticket every time you check out, so you can't go there again! … and I would pass again (laughs) At the end of July 2023, when I visited for the first time in a long time, I was shocked to find that the price of noodles and toppings, including “ramen 650 yen → 700 yen”, had risen! Well, but in this day and age, I wonder if it can't be helped... (tears) The taste is still delicious, so I will continue to use it.
