Ever since I met Mr. Tadokoro, I was no longer satisfied with miso from other stores. And, even though I thought that miso came from Shinshu, I was surprised to find that it was made in Hokkaido. I'm also concerned about limitations. ■Hokkaido miso grilled pork noodles The soup, noodles, and chashu are delicious. You can definitely eat this. ■Hokkaido miso super butter ramen Even half of it is enough butter, but this is really super buttery. ■Hiroshima miso ramen I don't have any pictures, but I keep repeating it. I was so addicted to it that I could drink all the soup 2022. ■Kaga Hyakumangoku Miso Ramen Is it sweet? Is it thin? I didn't really understand. The ball in the middle is not a candy ball. It's wheat gluten. ■Green miso curry ramen I don't like onions sprinkled on my ramen, but this one even has paprika in it. Good green curry. This is it. ■Shinshu miso tantan noodles It doesn't feel like sesame seeds, but it does have flavor. Kind Tantan. I wanted some spiciness, so I added spicy miso, but the pien lost its sesame flavor. ■Misoyamkung A fluffy ethnic atmosphere. Personally, I like the yam goong stronger. A refreshing aftertaste. ■Ibaraki miso ramen Natto ramen! ? Seriously...miso and natto go together. It was a sweet ramen.

I arrived at the store a little before noon, and the parking lot was almost full and there were some people waiting inside, but the staff were very responsive and I was guided quickly. I had the Hokkaido miso ramen. It was so delicious that I ate it up. Next time I would like to try grilled pork belly.

There's such a delicious and nice ramen restaurant in my neighborhood. I can’t believe it happened! It’s already a popular store so there’s nothing to say about it lol Niigata miso topped with corn butter and egg. The wild vegetables were also crunchy and the soup and noodles blended well. I was very satisfied!! Also, the miso fried rice was great! It was so delicious!! JAZZ was playing so you could relax and enjoy it♪
