Delicious tantanmen from a renown chef. First photo is their standard tantanmen. There are small fried prawns and meat i think was lamb meat with a bunch of scallion on top. You can choose from either the normal spice (futsu) or numbing spice (shibire). Second photo is their tantanmen with vegetables. It doesnt come with the fried prawn so i highly recommend getting the extra toppings of shrimp. If your diet allows, mix some rice into the soup to finish. The shop is very clean and the staff are really nice. The water was really good as well with orange, lime, and rosemary.
