When I entered the store, I was greeted by the delicious scent of dried sardines. I ordered a large bowl of ramen with dried backfat sardines and soy sauce. It seemed like it was a one-off surgery, but we didn't have to wait long to get the rice bowl. The soup is also delicious with good seasoning. The noodles are chewy and very easy to eat. The large portion is surprisingly large and comes out of the soup no matter how many times you eat it. The thin chashu is also very delicious and thick. I was concerned that there wasn't much soup even though it was a large portion, but other than that it was perfect. I would like to visit you again♪

A ramen shop located 5 minutes walk from Shinbashi Station. I don't like dried sardine ramen, but this one is delicious! Recommended even for people who don't like dried sardines!
