More Comments at Google MapIt is characterized by an average soup in a bowl of ramen. The soy sauce-based soup, which is not heavy and easy to drink, and the char siu, which is slowly stewed, are exquisite. The green onions are also thick and crunchy and have a nice texture, which goes well with the noodles and soup. The store itself is new and clean because it is located in the basement of Toranomon Hills. Most of the seats are counter seats, but there are also table seats. Basically, lunch starts to fill up around 11:45 on weekdays, and after 12:00 there is a line opposite the ticket machine. Around 13:00, the seats start to open up relatively, and around 13:30 you can sit down right away.
I wanted to eat tsukemen near Roppongi, so I searched and found this restaurant. There is no tsukemen on the menu, but I think Mori Chuka is the type of tsukemen you would find at other restaurants. The place was very crowded as it was a Sunday night. I ordered cartilage char siu as a topping, but there were so many original ingredients that it wasn't necessary. There was a lot of chashu in the dipping sauce. The soup is delicious, but rather than being outstandingly delicious, it's more of a vulgar taste that requires you to adjust the seasonings on the table to your liking. There were so many ingredients and noodles that I was full. Overall, the ramen had a vulgar feel to it, but it was delicious. I felt that the time had come for stores like this to open in Toranomon Hills.
A new ramen shop located on the B1F of Toranomon Hills. The store is very bright and clean considering its location. Order from a ticket machine. Since it was near the L.O., there were only a few customers, so the occupancy rate was about 30%. Seats will be available soon. This time I ordered chashu noodles. Although it's a bit pricey at ¥1,200, the large amount of pork dumplings in the Naminami soup is impressive. The soup, which has a refreshing soy sauce and the flavor of the meat, goes perfectly with the flat noodles. Paired with the easy-to-eat char siew, it was a quick snack that left me feeling very satisfied. The soup may have become addictive. It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙏
