It should be 4.5 stars, but I personally like this kind of thin and chewy noodles, so I will give it a full 5 stars. The soup is also improved, it will not be very salty, and it is just right to add noodles once. It's also pork bone soup, and it doesn't have a very oily or heavy pork smell, and it's quite refreshing. The dumplings also control the oil, which is good. If it weren't for the high calorie content of ramen, I really want to eat it every day.
