I heard it for the first time. Transcendentally hungry and lowly, I chose everything without hesitation. It seems that the noodles were chosen for 2 bowls. Even though I looked like I could easily eat two bowls, she kindly told me that it would be enough for two bowls. One cup was enough.
I had the Stamina Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen. Due to the location and the fact that it is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it seems that the target audience is those who work nearby. Stamina Ramen is loaded with vegetables such as boiled cabbage, bean sprouts, and chopped onions. I thought the soup would be rich because of the stamina, but it was quite light. Originally, it looks like thick noodles, but at the time I visited, they seemed to have run out of noodles, so curly noodles were served. Overall, it was voluminous and quite filling. Tonkotsu ramen has a slightly sweet soup, which is somewhere between rich and light. There's plenty of chopped green onions and wood ear mushrooms in the default dish, and I'm happy with the large char siu. I think it's just the right amount including extra balls.
